We're looking for talented graduates to join our community.
Middle Michigan Development Corporation (MMDC) received funding to provide 10 individuals who plan to stay and work in the Mt. Pleasant area an incentive package. This package will help you jump start your rent and connect you with local community members so that you can thrive right here in Middle Michigan post graduation.

Are you who we are looking for?
To be eligible for our incentive package, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Eligibility Requirements
Soon-to-be or recent graduate from Central Michigan University
Expected graduation date from the 2024/2025 or 2025/2026 school year will be required upon acceptance into program.
Commitment to live in the Mt. Pleasant area for 12 months
Participants will be asked to commit to living in the Mt. Pleasant area (within the City of Mt. Pleasant or no further out than a 15 mile radius from the city limits) for at least 12 months.
Participation in community activities and providing program feedback
Individuals accepted into the program will be required to participate in community activities throughout the year and asked to provide program feedback through the duration of the program.
